ABOUT MAILBANC
MailBanc
is a division of MarketCounsel, one
of the country’s preeminent business, regulatory, and compliance consulting
firms for registered investment advisors.
MailBanc was born out of the frustrations of MarketCounsel's clients who, in
their search for technology solutions, had two options; either robust platforms
that were well beyond their budget or underpowered or outdated technology that
did not adequately address their needs. MarketCounsel's management and
technology staff endured dozens of demonstrations over several months.
MarketCounsel came to the same conclusions as its clients. MarketCounsel
attempted to strike an accord with some of the leading technologies it evaluated
to negotiate services tailored for its clients at a reasonable price point.
But the technology providers' business was booming and they had little reason to
try to understand MarketCounsel's clients' business needs (but they have since
come calling).
MarketCounsel finally determined that the best solution for its clients would
require it to contract itself with some of the best technologies it evaluated.
MarketCounsel entered into exclusive arrangements to create the solutions most
appropriate for its clients and leverage their scope to bring these solutions to
market at a price point that was within reason for its clients.
So with MailBanc, MarketCounsel
continues its tradition of bringing extraordinary value to financial advisors by
pairing the services they need and a reasonable cost.
